Terpa is a Canadian-made service intended exclusively for use by residents of Canada. By using Terpa, you confirm that you are a Canadian resident.
You must be at least 19 years of age to use Terpa, in accordance with the Cannabis Act and applicable provincial legislation. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Terpa is a personal wellness journal and educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Terpene information is for educational purposes only and is based on publicly available research. Consult a healthcare professional before making decisions about cannabis use.
You own your data. We provide tools to export and delete your information at any time. Your personal information is handled in accordance with PIPEDA. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Paid Terpa plans (Pro and Sherpa) are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD) on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial.
Auto-renewal. Unless cancelled, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price displayed on the upgrade page. We confirm the trial end date, recurring price, and billing cadence on the upgrade page before checkout and require an affirmative confirmation before the charge is authorized.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date. Cancelling during the free trial prevents any charge.
Refunds. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable Canadian or provincial consumer-protection law (including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and the Ontario Consumer Protection Act). If you were charged in error, or believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, email support@terpa.app within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request.
Price changes. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on your subscription. You may cancel before the new price applies.
Use Terpa only for lawful personal wellness tracking purposes in accordance with the Cannabis Act and applicable provincial laws. Do not use the service to facilitate illegal activity.
Terpa, its logo, and all content are the property of Terpa. You retain ownership of all journal entries and personal data you create within the service.
Terpa is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by the service, including terpene profiles and AI-generated recommendations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
